This week we finally began to have some success. Since about the time I have arrived in my area, we had been averaging about 10 contacts per day, which really sucked because it was with people that really didn´t want to talk with us.
But now things have started to change, we have been contacting a lot more and I have been speaking a lot more spanish and people can understand me!!!!!! We have now doubled and tripled the number of contacts that we now have and I can place a book of mormon almost all by myself. My story telling has gotten a lot better in spanish but I still have the problem of when I get really happy I begin to thik i English and talking in spanish becomes pretty hard.
Man I thought that my area was crazy but last night we were allowed to spend the night with another companionship, and man that area is insane (but pretty awesome) the have areas that they can´t enter becasue it is muy peligroso pero cosas aquí couldn´t be better. 
Calling home was fantastic the only hard part was hanging up the phone. It was great to hear about everyone and DAVID I want to see pictures of the present that you gave to AIS!!!!! Nathan I am super happy for you and everything that you have done this year. Rebecca I bet that I you were to try the race again that you could kill it!!!!! MOM,DAD I love you both very much and I hope that the packing isn´t super crazy, now that you only need to pack for 4 people instead of 5. Caroline and Ryan You guys freaking rock all the time and Ryan I hope that you get over your sickness quick. Christopher man thank you for all of your advice that you givr me.

Christmas was pretty simple, we had a little tree that we put food around for christmas, but we ended up running out of food the night before, so things were kind of slow. Hopefully I will be able to send photos and videos soon because I have a lot now, but I am still using the super old computers right now.

OH MY GOODNESSS I ALMOST FORGOT SOME OF THE FUNNIEST THINGS THIS WEEK!!!!!!

1. I was at a memebrs house and they were playing american music and the daughter turned on ´´last Christmas´´ and said ´´I love this song, it is always so happy´´ I almost broke out laughing becasue the song is so sad in reality.
2. People in my ward found out that I was an Eagle Scout and now they want me to start teaching the young men some of the merit badges, this week I think I need to teach the orientering merit badge.
3. People also asked if I could teach the youth how to swing dance. I told them that I would need to ask the president and that IF I could I would need to teach without a dance partner. So I asked president and he said no to teaching the members in my ward, but then asked me if I could teach him and his wife.
4. I found out that people in Brazil (becasue we have a missionary from Brazil) think that the song ít ani´t easy being green´ is a very romantic song when you don´t understand the words.

Mom I love you, please if you can just send me the orientering merit badge in english or spanish in an email. I would love to hear from dad more about what is goign on with him. And I had another bad dream again, but I am getting through it, I guess calling home hit harder than I thought.I love you mom

February 5, 2018 Man a week! This week was slow for work but we had a bunch of stuff to do. we had entrovistas  on tuesday , and man I love my mission presidente Calquin. Also we found a perfect family to teach, it was amazing. It started off as trying to find another contact, but then turned into a little message about the Book of Mormon. We came back another day and taught the whole family. The Dad needs to find faith, but man he is so close to finding it. Speaking of which if you guys have a good scripture on faith I would love to hear it. May 8, 2018 This week we have been working hard to try and fill the area before one of us leaves next week. Gustavo is super close to being baptized this week, we have been working super hard to try and get everything in order to help him get to this point but it is all in his hands now. Transfers will be ending in this week and I really don´t really want to leave this area. The dogs that we have in the pension have been fighting recently and it has been super wierd. My spanish is actually pretty good now, my companion said that I talk in spanish when I sleep now.  Mission life has actually been pretty good here, I have learned a lot about faith and most of all perservierance. In this mission it takes 560 contacts, for 80 investigators for 24 of them to go to church, for 5 of them to become members. For us it has been a great motivator for us to give it all we got in  the mission.  I realy love this mission and quite honestly I don´t really want to change areas or ...

October 26, 2017 LONG AND SMALL This week has been CRAZY!!!!! everything thing is in spanish, the praying is in spanish, the teaching is in spanish, the who CCM, MTC in English. the spirit is strong in this place. The MTc is SUPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR R small, only 90 people live here and the class sizes are about 12 each, most people are from the United States, but a lot of the people are from South America and 3 from Europe.  The food is something else here, everything id made at the MTC is fresh, the food is amazing, there is a lot of meat which makes each meal even better.  My Spanish is actually a lot better then I thought, i can tech a fair amount of the lessons in Spanish with some errors here and there.  There is alot of freedom here at this MTC, each night we go out sidet eh MTC to clean the ente...
