May 8, 2018 This week we have been working hard to try and fill the area before one of us leaves next week. Gustavo is super close to being baptized this week, we have been working super hard to try and get everything in order to help him get to this point but it is all in his hands now. Transfers will be ending in this week and I really don´t really want to leave this area. The dogs that we have in the pension have been fighting recently and it has been super wierd. My spanish is actually pretty good now, my companion said that I talk in spanish when I sleep now.  Mission life has actually been pretty good here, I have learned a lot about faith and most of all perservierance. In this mission it takes 560 contacts, for 80 investigators for 24 of them to go to church, for 5 of them to become members. For us it has been a great motivator for us to give it all we got in  the mission.  I realy love this mission and quite honestly I don´t really want to change areas or ...
February 5, 2018 Man a week! This week was slow for work but we had a bunch of stuff to do. we had entrovistas  on tuesday , and man I love my mission presidente Calquin. Also we found a perfect family to teach, it was amazing. It started off as trying to find another contact, but then turned into a little message about the Book of Mormon. We came back another day and taught the whole family. The Dad needs to find faith, but man he is so close to finding it. Speaking of which if you guys have a good scripture on faith I would love to hear it. The Mom has amazing faith, when we aasked them to pray about our message she said ´´no, becasue I already know that it is true.´´ I LOVED HEARING THAT. we have beening working more with Gustavo and dudas que el tiene, es no dificil pero es un poco triste, but he is gaining more faith everyday. In funny stories I had a sonagram on my butt (really lower back) at the hospital the other day, it was really funny.  Also we have...

January 29, 2018 Well first I am going to start at the end of the week because man it was so cool and a little wierd. So it´s friday night and we are walking back to our house, and we pass this guy cleaning his records as he is listening to others on this giant record player. I stoped and started we ended up having are really good conversation just about the record player. He then invited us into his house, as we are all talking about music (in spanish I might add) and he starts talking about how much he hates Regeton and Rap, and I reply ´yea I like classic rock 50´s, 60´s, 70´s not the stuff you hear here.´ He then stops the conversation to pull out records from the Beatles and Creedance Clearwater Revival and we just started listening and talking about the band and eventually the church, he didn´t have any interest but it was a great way to get introduced to the community more. (never thought that I would be listening to one of my favorite songs, while talking in spani...
January 22, 2018 FECHA BAUTISMAL! ¡¡¡¡Another fecha bautismal este semana, yo tengo mucho feliz sobre este!!!! His name is Gustavo, he is a quite short man, but he understands a lot of what we are teaching him, it is great! The ward like always is fantastic, all we need for him to do is just to come to church with us. We have started teaching two families (which is great!) One of them is some what wierd. The Guy lives with both his ex and his current girl friends so that is something. OH before I forget, in ´´We´d like to thank th academy´´ episode of psych I literally saw the pretend criminal on the bus, I freaked out! I had to go to the hospital again (boo!) I have an infection on the skin from the pollution here but everything is better now, I got to leave my mission in order to go there, Adam, Buenos Aires Norte es Cheto, pero me gusta mucho. Yea other than that, it has been just a very hot humid week  just like any other.  But one thing that has been pretty...

January 15, 2018 So I got white washed, but this area is amazing, it is a lot poorer than my last area and a little bit more heavy, but I love it even more than before. Let me tell that going from a really unscuccessfull area to an area where people actually want to hear you is fantastic. My companion is also the zone leader in our area, which means that we work hard! It is fantastic to just be able to get up in the morning and just know that something awesome is going to happen.  I met my first Bruja this week, when she saw that we were mormon missionaries she roled her eyes and said that she was a Bruja (witch). A lot of people want to fight me, it is a little bit funny, becasue I am so tall, people have been saying that they want to fight me, it is awesome.  My companion does speak pretty good english but we only talk in spanish, (unless he wants to practice). He uses this quote from saving private ryan ´´Parker get Down!´´ everytime he is explaining something intens...
Monday, January 8, 2018 NEW YEAR, NEW AREA, NEW COMPANION, NEW EVERYTHING !!! So I am getting transferred today, hence the reason I am on earlier today. This week has been a little weird, we had to go to Adroge for my companions visa stuff this week. We were getting ready for the day and I looked outside and saw that it might rain, so I said to myself ´´I think it might rain today... should use my jacket.´´  I then grabbed my sweater and went outside... it rained a lot that day. I got to have Asado twice  in one day ! For those of you who don´t know, Asado is when people cook a boat load of meat for everyone to eat, it was amazing. This week overall was pretty slow, with it being summer vacation out here and it being the new year, just about everyone was gone. You know  I have always wondered why in the poorer the area you are the nicer shoes people tend to wear. Also MY NEW AREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know nothing about it except that it is further south in the miss...
Monday, January 2, 2018 WELL ONE TRANSFER DOWN AND THINGS ARE GETTING BETTER! We finally have a new investigator, he can´t read but hey hey wants to know more about the church and I can´t wait to start teaching him he is in the monoblocks (complexes) and he is very very nice to us. He loves his family a lot and it is really nice to hear about it. He also asks the best questions that are easy (in my really american spanish) to answer clearly. He is really really awesome. Fetch! So I went to the hospital again this past week, it was nothing, I just bleed when I exercise (for now), but it is nothing. The trip took forever to get to the hospital, we took the wrong bus, then our train broke down at the wrong stop and then we had to take another bus that went the wrong way for half of the time. But we got there, and then we waited for another half an hour to get looked at for 5 minutes, but long story short a female doctor had to look at my glutes, my zone leader couldn´t help himself...
