dang man this week was tough, currently I am sitting in a cyber cafe using a 1988 samsung computer, I never thought that I would have this experience. I finally bought an adaptar so that I can send photos home but I no longer have a charger for my camera so that sucks. But we did have a lot of success this week. We met this lady named Olga and she is freasking fantastic, she is a person that really wants to hear what we have to say to her. I can understand and hold a decent conversation now in spanish, I still have the problem of understanding more than I know, but things are pretty cool. I saw a couple of my old ccm companions this week which was pretty awesome!!!
I have been confusing the word for body and short this week, so I said at one option that I had a body companion iunstead of a short companion. I am able to have better contacts this week with people, and handing out cards are actually great motivators for us to talk more with people. Next week I can hopefully send home some photos of my area and my companion and everything else, I should be calling home either sunday or Monday I don´t know

LGB:  Do you have any idea yet what time you will be calling on Christmas?  You are 4 hours a head of us.   I am headed out on a walk now so I won't be on to chat back and forth unless you are getting on later today.  I LOVE YOU SPENCER!!!!!

SJB:  not sure what day but we have someone that is willing to let us use their computer. Tell rebecca to get the whatsapp on her phone I love you so much mom 

LGB:  So definitely whatapp? Not google chat or skype?  What so you mean you are not sure what day?  Dont you call on Christmas?  Do you mean you are not sure what time?

SJB:  it is either Sunday or Monday, and I might use any of those but as of right now I don´t know, things here are kind of crazy for planning things
we need to talk with Hermano Aguero right now but it will most likely be on the 25, if things change I will email right before so please be watching your phone

LGB:  Is there anyway you can send a quick email sometime this week when you know for certain?

SJB:  I can try but I can´t make any promises. Things are tough down here when it comes to talking with people, we are going to try for Monday but it is almost impossible to talk to people in the ward here 

Believe me I am going to try everything in my power to make sure that I can contact the family, I don´t think that I could live with myself if I missed the opportunity to talk with everyone 

I love you mom hopefully soon I will finally be able to send home photos, I bought an adapter which has been nice. I have lost a lot of weight so now none of my pants fit. Life is pretty good here for the most part. We can buy a weeks worth of food for about 20 dollars. But this area is definitely hard emotionally and physically. I have been sick pretty much since the day that I have arrived, and it is a pretty big adjustment here, but I love the people and "when ye are in the service of your fellow being ye are only in the service of your God." That has been a scripture that I have taken very personally here, because whenever I am in the service of anyone here I just get to focus on the service and nothing else. My area hasn't had a baptism in over a year so my companion and I are working on changing that right now. I kind of wish though that my companion would stop comparing me to his old companion. The thing that hits the hardest for me is that I don´t get to look at the same sky as you guys. THERE WAS A HUGE THUNDERSTORM LAST NIGHT!!!!! I have never seen rain come down like it was a blizzard, lighting was a constant thing here, it was amazing. I will be praying for snow for you guys every chance that I get. I'll talk to you next week over the camera.

February 5, 2018 Man a week! This week was slow for work but we had a bunch of stuff to do. we had entrovistas  on tuesday , and man I love my mission presidente Calquin. Also we found a perfect family to teach, it was amazing. It started off as trying to find another contact, but then turned into a little message about the Book of Mormon. We came back another day and taught the whole family. The Dad needs to find faith, but man he is so close to finding it. Speaking of which if you guys have a good scripture on faith I would love to hear it. May 8, 2018 This week we have been working hard to try and fill the area before one of us leaves next week. Gustavo is super close to being baptized this week, we have been working super hard to try and get everything in order to help him get to this point but it is all in his hands now. Transfers will be ending in this week and I really don´t really want to leave this area. The dogs that we have in the pension have been fighting recently and it has been super wierd. My spanish is actually pretty good now, my companion said that I talk in spanish when I sleep now.  Mission life has actually been pretty good here, I have learned a lot about faith and most of all perservierance. In this mission it takes 560 contacts, for 80 investigators for 24 of them to go to church, for 5 of them to become members. For us it has been a great motivator for us to give it all we got in  the mission.  I realy love this mission and quite honestly I don´t really want to change areas or ...

October 26, 2017 LONG AND SMALL This week has been CRAZY!!!!! everything thing is in spanish, the praying is in spanish, the teaching is in spanish, the who CCM, MTC in English. the spirit is strong in this place. The MTc is SUPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR R small, only 90 people live here and the class sizes are about 12 each, most people are from the United States, but a lot of the people are from South America and 3 from Europe.  The food is something else here, everything id made at the MTC is fresh, the food is amazing, there is a lot of meat which makes each meal even better.  My Spanish is actually a lot better then I thought, i can tech a fair amount of the lessons in Spanish with some errors here and there.  There is alot of freedom here at this MTC, each night we go out sidet eh MTC to clean the ente...
